Glenn Turner – Chairman & Director
Glenn has experience as director and chair of public and private companies in a number of industry sectors and in state owned corporations. He is most interested in commercialising new technologies that provide a strategic and financial boost and in strategic positioning and direction of the companies with which he is associated, either as an investor, director or adviser.
Jeremy de Constantin – Deputy Chairman & Director
Jeremy brings a hands-on, pragmatic, professional and rigorous set of skills to the Hunter Angels. He has owned and operated several family-owned small businesses. In more recent years he has led several successful start-up ventures. He is currently a senior partner in Vantage Performance, a national professional service firm specialising in business turnarounds and performance improvement.
Grant Sefton – Company Secretary Director
Grant is a partner of legal firm Moray & Agnew and co-ordinates its national commercial practice. He has extensive experience in assisting innovative enterprises in a wide variety of legal areas including corporate law, intellectual property, capital raisings and business acquisitions. He is also a founding director of Hunter Founders Forum Ltd.
Peter Mayers – Director
Peter has extensive experience as a senior partner in Ernst & Young, advising businesses on effective financial management, corporate governance and risk management. He is particularly interested in working with growing businesses to ensure their organisational structure and financial management disciplines are aligned to their operational and strategic goals.
Neville Sawyer AM – Director
Neville is retired after 40+ years in private business with wide experience in electrical/electronic design & manufacturing plus service within Australia/New Zealand and the Asia/Pacific Regions. Particular knowledge of the mining, materials handling & processing, heavy industry, electricity generation/distribution, construction, traction, oil/gas & petrochemical sectors has been gained over that period.
